The Diamond Cup for H1 Unlimited Hydroplane Racing was held over Labor Day week on Lake Coeur d’Alene. The race had not been held on Lake Coeur d’Alene for 45 years but it has started up again here. The race is held around the Silver Beach area and is one of the fastest courses for the H1.
It is a 3 day event but we only attended for one day just to check it out. It was lots of fun, your typical event with lots of people, food, drink, sun, beautiful scenery, and really fast boats.
