Comments: A beautiful park with wide open vista view of mountains and desert. Sites are nicely spaced and beautifully groomed. The park has over 65 miles of hiking and biking trails. A great place to camp. The park can be quite full during the winter months but they do provide an overflow parking area.

The campground provides easy access to the trails which have beautiful views and all levels of difficulty. There are many mountain bikers in the area during weekends and holidays but not so many that you still can’t enjoy a lovely hike with some peace and solitude. A great area to spend some time.
