And we are out of here! After weeks of running around the prairies in Alberta and Vancouver in British Columbia we are heading south to Montana. Off we go. Goodbye to all and thanks for everything!
Heading south through Alberta we passed the farms many of which are newly combined and we continued on to Drumheller.
We stopped for a lunch break and continued south to Taber. The further south we drove the more combining we saw. Thank you to the farmers.
Pretty soon we were in Milk River and continued on to the border, crossed quickly, and soon we were in Montana.
The town of Shelby is only about 30 minutes south of the Canadian/US border so it was an easy drive to the Lewis and Clark RV Park. This RV park is fairly new, approximately 3 years old, and is right off Hwy 15 and is easy on/easy off. The grocery store in town is only about 1 mile further south.
The RV Park is wide open, has terrific customer service, and the sites are designed in a pull along fashion. It seems a bit weird at first but it works well for easy in and easy out and has the added ability to configure sites to handle different sized rigs. Maybe pretty smart, actually.

Comments: A nice, neat, well managed RV Park with easy access and plenty of space. The owners were kind enough to try and provide us a tree to get a bit a shade for a hot, hot day. Thank you.
The RV Park has several roads around it and all sites had hookups and picnic tables.
Our new friend came and visited us and laid next to our picnic table while we were BBQing.
