Campground: Calico Ghost Town Location: Calico, California Site: A-17 Cost: $37.50 Services: FHU Comments: Fine place for doing laundry and grocery shopping but a bit crowded and busy with locals and their off-roading and lots of little parties. The site was very narrow and a bit short but we managed.

We spent a day at the Museum of Arts & Sciences. We viewed the Photographic Art of Clyde Butcher, one of American's finest landscape photographers displaying Visions of Florida. He is known as the "Ansel Adams of Florida". We then ventured over to the Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art to view the Audubon's Birds of Florida. It is a fantastic exhibit taking us through the journey, studies, and prints of John James Audubon (1785-1851).
