We were lucky enough to be at Valley of Fire during the Atlatl World Championships so not only did we get to watch but we also got to learn. They set aside a few hours one morning where you could try your hand at throwing. Of course we tried! Fun!

We had a great time in this area and at this park. While we were there they were holding their “blind folded golf cart races”. They were hysterical, we laughed until we cried. You are situated close to Tombstone, Sonoita, Patagonia, and Sierra Vista yet still away from the crowds.
