We travelled on the Marine Atlantic ferry with our RV and car from North Sydney, Nova Scotia to Port Aux Basques, Newfoundland. It is a day ferry and is about 6 to 8 hours depending on the weather. It can be rough seas and/or cancelled but everything worked out great.
